Andrew Gregory joined Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd in August 2026.

He brings deep global QSR expertise spanning operations, franchising, supply chain, and restaurant development. Most recently, he served as Global Franchising, Development and Delivery Officer at McDonald's, overseeing core growth levers across 45,000 restaurants worldwide.

Prior to this, Andrew spent eight years as CEO of McDonald's Australia and New Zealand, where he led the business through a period of sustained growth in sales, market share, and franchisee profitability. He began his McDonald's career in 1993 as a crew member whilst studying economics, and progressed through senior finance, franchising, and development roles. In 2010, he relocated to Japan, holding key leadership positions across development, operations, and supply chain. He played a central role in guiding the business through the 2011 earthquake and recovery, before returning to Australia in 2012 as SVP and CFO.

Andrew's front-line foundation and career spanning multiple continents has shaped a leadership approach grounded in understanding franchisee economics, operational execution, disciplined growth, and building system alignment. During COVID, the Australian business achieved two-year growth exceeding 12%, reflecting the strength of collaboration across franchisees, suppliers, and corporate teams.
