The Nomination, Culture and Remuneration Committee of the Board (The NRC) is comprised of key independent Directors of the Board and is underpinned by the Nomination, Culture and Remuneration Committee Charter. In consultation with the business, the NRC is accountable for establishing our objectives, strategy and policy on diversity and inclusion and setting measurable objectives for achieving diversity and inclusion. The NRC drives the embedding of a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion throughout our organisation, via the Global Leadership Team, from a top-down approach.

Our people strategy underpins our commitment to increasing gender diversity in our Board, Global and Country Leadership Teams. This commitment is defined by our Accelerated Women in Leadership Program, which is specifically designed to provide coaching, mentoring and development to high potential female leaders across our business aimed at increasing representation of strong female leaders in our succession and workforce plan.
