Mr O’Malley brings more than 25 years of international quick service restaurant and multi-brand retail experience across Europe, Australia and the United States. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Collins Foods Limited from July 2020 to July 2024, having previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to Collins Foods, Mr O’Malley held a number of senior executive positions at AmRest, one of Europe’s largest restaurant operators. His roles included Chief Operating Officer, Chief Digital Officer and Division President of Central Europe, with responsibility for multi-country operations spanning Starbucks, Pizza Hut and KFC. Earlier in his career, Mr O’Malley held operational and brand leadership roles across Central and Eastern Europe, overseeing large-scale restaurant networks and driving operational turnaround, digital capability and new market expansion.

Mr O’Malley holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Government (International Relations) from Georgetown University.
