George Saoud is a commercially astute CEO/CFO/NED with more than 25 years’ experience leading ASX-listed and global organisations across consumer retail, financial services, property, and accountancy. He has built a reputation for driving growth, transformation, and successful turnarounds, with expertise spanning retail operations, property and construction, digital payments, customer loyalty, and corporate M&A.

George is currently Group Chief Financial Officer at Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd, where he is responsible for the Company’s financial strategy, capital management, and driving sustainable growth across its global operations. Previously, as CFO of Bapcor Limited, he refinanced $300 million in debt facilities and launched a transformation program targeting $20–30 million in savings in its first year. At Coles, he spearheaded the $1 billion Smarter Selling program and revitalised Flybuys by securing new partnerships with Bunnings and Officeworks. He also transformed Metcash’s supermarket division through a new trading model and $100 million working capital improvement, and turned around Fantastic Furniture after six years of decline, restoring strong positive growth.

George is known for an inclusive, values-driven leadership style that fosters collaboration and innovation. Beyond his executive roles, he serves as Independent NED on the UTS TD School Advisory Board and as an Adjunct Fellow at UWS Business School. He holds multiple qualifications, including a Master of Finance, Wharton and INSEAD executive studies, and is a graduate of the AICD.
