Peter is an experienced consumer goods executive who has led local and multi-country businesses for over 20-years and joined the board of Domino’s Pizza Enterprise in March 2025.

Most recently Peter was Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ Regional Managing Director for Australia, Pacific and South-East Asia with responsibility for revenue over $A9b, 20,000 people and 48 production facilities. He served with Coca-Cola for seven years until his retirement in December 2025.

Prior to this role, Peter was General Manager at Arnott’s ANZ (2002-2005), General Manager Mars Chocolate Australia (2005-2010), Regional President Mars Chocolate Continental Europe (2010-2013) and Managing Director Lion Dairy & Drinks (2014-2018).

Peter brings to the board deep experience in strategy, end-to-end business management, turnaround experience, cost productivity, marketing, sales, data & analytics, and operating in a franchise system environment

Peter holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Monash University Caulfield.
