Phil Reed is Chief Executive Officer of Domino’s France, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across global quick service restaurant brands. Prior to joining Domino’s, Phil served as CEO of Pizza Hut Australia for seven years, leading a successful turnaround of the business and its subsequent sale to Flynn Group. As President of Flynn ANZ, he oversaw the acquisition of Wendy’s New Zealand and the launch of the Wendy’s brand in Australia.

Based in Paris, Phil is focused on strengthening franchisee partnerships, improving operational execution, and driving sustainable growth across the French business.
